Let me explain more…

I endeavour to share knowledge with my athletes and deliver personalised programs that take into consideration their life, outside of training and competition. Every athlete has strengths and weaknesses, different training availability and personal needs. For this reason I believe that generic and group training programs do not suit all athletes, and may not allow you to reach your true potential. I therefore believe that personalised programs will enable you to reach your potential.

If you are a runner, cyclist, triathlete… a sports specific fitness training is the key to any successful event preparation in addition to keeping healthy and injury free.

Although I think that the relationship between coach and sportsperson should be closer, in a world that spins at a dizzying pace that makes our relationships become increasingly cold and distant. I understand that coordinating schedules in big cities is an arduous task, so that if you live in other cities, or who do not have the time to see me more often… I actually can make it happen too.

  • Planning of the whole season (with one, two or three performance peaks)
  • Weekly Planning delivery
  • A weekly phone/skype call.
  • 1 guided training sessions per month.

 Performance Kit  

 

  • Full Initial Consultation
  • Planning of the whole season (with one, two or three performance peaks)
  • Weekly Planning delivery
  • Regular testing to gauge improvements and identify program success.
  • Personal heart rate, power zones and/or paces provided, referred to in your program and continuously updated for maximum performance gains throughout the season
  • Unlimited telephone support
  • 2 guided training sessions per month.
