Ok, I get it. You’re super busy, the inbox never is empty, your business or career is rocking but you feel like you don’t have time enough to look after your fitness. We have 112 hours a week awake and 56 hours sleeping. I have designed with this four thoughtful workouts that only will take a total of two hours of your week. Firstly, as I mentioned in previous posts make sure that you plan in advance and you set an intention, plus you may consider the following tips…


  1. Pack/lay out your training gear the night before and train in the morning so you’re less likely to talk yourself out of it during the day
  2. Recruit a friend to join you to add to the fun so even if you don’t feel like working out, there is an extra reason to turn up
  3. Sort your playlist. Music is an amazing motivation before and during a workout
